Cyrus' Raygun, 1995

Cyrus’ Raygun goes back to a drawing I made in the seventies, when my son Cyrus was into Star Wars probably but I haven’t checked the date—he has the drawing.  I made it for a collector who wanted something that would go over a door.  I thought only two things go over doors usually, angels or persona of that sort, or shields.  In both cases they lean forward a bit so that as one looks up one can look at them at less of an acute angle.
